01
No brush. No sparking.
No carbon-brush contact — so no spark, no brush dust, and a safer cabinet.
Platform 01 · 605 Brushless
No carbon brushes, no spark. Flow is adjustable on the driver, and outlet pressure holds steady under load — a safer boost for RO and commercial chassis.

Flow
2.5–7.5 L/min (at 100 psi)
Voltage
AC 115 V / 230 V
Power
≤ 120 W
Outlet
Max 150 psi
Why this platform
No carbon brushes means no spark in the cabinet. Motor life is no longer capped by brush wear. Flow and pressure stay under driver control, so one platform covers more duty points.
01
No carbon-brush contact — so no spark, no brush dust, and a safer cabinet.
02
Carbon brushes wear out and end motor life. A brushless field has nothing to grind away, so service life rises sharply.
03
High delivery, with flow trimmed from the driver — 2.5–7.5 L/min at 100 psi.
04
Strong boost and self-prime. High outlet pressure and suction for RO, dispensers and commercial loops.
Applications

Stable, spark-free boost for under-sink and light-commercial reverse-osmosis systems.

R600 refrigerant is flammable. No carbon brushes, no spark — a brushless pump that can be used safely in ice-machine water circuits.

Quiet, adjustable flow for soda makers and sparkling-water dispensers.

Compact boost and self-prime for onboard fresh-water systems.

Hose watering and household pressure when the mains fall short.
Inside the motor
Segmented windings become a ring stator, then a BMC shell. The rotor follows the field. There is no brush to arc, wear, or contaminate the cabinet.

PL-605-1200WS
Flagship 605 brushless booster for residential large-flux and light-commercial RO. AC 115 V / 230 V, ≥ 4.8 L/min at the rated point, outlet max 150 psi. Speed, flow and pressure are adjustable from the driver.
Flow
≥ 4.8 L/min

Manufacturing
Jiangmen winds the segmented stator, forms the ring and overmolds it in BMC, then mates the motor to the 605 diaphragm head. Incoming inspection, in-process checks and nine outgoing benches — leak, flow, pressure, load and noise — qualify every unit on the same campus that already supplies first-line purification OEMs.
01
Segmented stator coils are wound in-house on automatic machines to a controlled turn count — consistent resistance, inductance and thermal margin from lot to lot.
02
Individual segments are indexed, spliced into a closed ring, inspected, then pressed into a stator core ready for encapsulation.
03
Bulk Molding Compound encapsulates the ring stator in a single thermoset shot — dielectric strength, rigidity, heat path and sealed cosmetics in one cycle.
04
The finished motor is mated to the 605 diaphragm head, valves and ports. The complete pump is leak-checked and run to its rated point before packing.
