Introducing the PEILI 605 brushless platform
A variable-speed diaphragm pump built on the 605 head: BMC stator, magnetic isolation, and a driver that takes mains or DC.

PEILI has spent a decade on RO booster and self-priming pumps for water-purifier brands. The 605 brushless platform is the next motor, not a different wet end: same family of diaphragm heads, a new electromagnetic drive, and a driver board that belongs in the system BOM.
Why brushless, on this pump
Brushed DC motors are still the default in diaphragm RO boosters worldwide. They are well understood. They also shed carbon, spark at the commutator, and lock speed to voltage. For tankless, high-flux and commercial machines that run longer duty cycles, those three facts start to cost more than the motor itself.
- No carbon-brush contact — no spark, less particulate, fewer wear parts.
- Speed is a control input, so flow and pressure can follow the membrane instead of the winding.
- BMC overmolding turns the stator into a sealed, rigid, thermally useful block.

What we are publishing first
This site opens with the 605 platform and the high-flow flagship PL-605-1200WS. High-pressure and small-flow members of the same architecture will land here as rated data is released. If you are qualifying a new chassis, send voltage, target flux and annual volume — we will map a driver kit rather than a one-line quote.
